Those with no water in ME7, ME8, ME9 and ME14, the burst is now fixed and we expect supplies to return in the next couple of hours, but bottled water is now available at:

We've finished the fix on the burst at Lidsing Road, Maidstone and we're now carrying out tests and sampling for water quality before slowly recharging the network to prevent further issues.
We know that customers have been without water since this morning, and we're working as fast as we can to get your taps flowing.

We’re really sorry to everyone in ME7, ME8, ME9 and ME14 for the disruption caused by the burst main in Lidsing Road, Maidstone.
Your water may be off for the next few hours, but we’re on site fixing the issue and doing all we can to return supplies to homes as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we’re delivering bottled water to everyone on our Priority Services Register.

We are extremely sorry for the disruption caused by a burst water main in Lidsing Road, Maidstone. The burst main is affecting customers in postcodes ME7, ME8, ME9 and ME14.
Our engineers are on site already trying to fix the issue and re-route the network. We are also delivering bottle water to vulnerable customers in the area.
